What is AldenAI?
AldenAI is a complete kit to deploy OpenClaw as your autonomous AI employee. Why not just use ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a stateless conversation tool — great for brainstorming. AldenAI deploys a persistent autonomous worker that remembers everything, runs on your infrastructure, integrates with your tools, and works 24/7 without you asking. ChatGPT is a smart assistant. AldenAI is an employee.
Is this just expensive prompt engineering?
No. This is 20% prompts + 80% architecture: memory architecture (so your AI remembers), tool integration (so it can act), security hardening (so your keys don't leak), audit logging (so you know what happened), and guardrails (so it doesn't go rogue). The CLI automates all of it.

Why $49? Isn't that expensive for a guide?
DIY approach: 2-3 weeks of your time + security mistakes. Our approach: $49, done in 2 hours, security done right. The $49 pays for itself in the first week of time saved. FelixCraft charges $29 for a static PDF with no automation.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter ($49 one-time): CLI installer, 13-chapter guide, 6 base playbooks. Everything to get running. Pro ($19/month): Everything in Starter plus new playbooks monthly, community Discord, priority support, and early access to new features. Done-For-You ($199): We configure everything for you + 30-min onboarding call.
Is Pro worth it?
If you want to automate more than 1-2 things: yes. Each playbook saves 10-30 hours/month. $19 is nothing compared to that. If you're just experimenting, Starter is enough.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Your AI keeps running. You keep all old playbooks forever. You just stop getting new ones and priority support.
Will the price go up?
Current customers keep $49 pricing. New customers may pay more as we add value. Pro pricing ($19/mo) is stable — we don't penalize early adopters.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the kit doesn't work for you within 14 days, email us for a full refund. No questions asked.
Technical
How long does setup take?
With AldenAI: 10-30 minutes (CLI installer: 10 min, first playbook: 15-20 min). Without AldenAI (DIY): 2-3 weeks of manual security hardening, memory setup, and playbook configuration.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The CLI walks you through everything interactively. If you want to customize later, you can — but it's not required.
Does this run in the cloud or on my computer?
Both. Local (Mac/Linux): runs on your laptop, ~2GB RAM. Cloud (VPS): $5-10/month server, keeps running 24/7. Recommended: cloud, so your AI works while you sleep.
What about data privacy?
Your data never touches our servers. Your AI runs on your infrastructure, your API keys stay on your machine, your conversations stay in your database. Unlike ChatGPT, we never see any of it.
Will my API keys be exposed?
Not if you follow the guide (which the CLI automates). We enforce encrypted secrets storage, SSH-only access, UFW firewall, fail2ban, and audit logging.
What infrastructure do I need?
Mac (local or VPS), Linux (Ubuntu 22.04+), or Docker. Node.js 18+. A Telegram account for messaging. That's it.
Security
Is this secure?
More secure than SaaS alternatives. Your AI runs on your infrastructure with SSH key-only auth, UFW firewall, fail2ban, encrypted secrets, and full audit logging. This is real infrastructure security — not just safety rails in a prompt.
Can the AI delete my database?
Not if you follow the security guide. We enforce role-based access control: your AI can read and write to specific areas but cannot perform destructive operations without explicit confirmation.
Do you collect telemetry?
No. We don't have telemetry. We don't know how you use AldenAI. We don't track your AI's actions. Your setup is entirely private.

How is this different from FelixCraft?
